Senior Accountant - Prague

If you are an experienced Senior Accountant with a sense of precision and analytical thinking, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Resposibilities:

- Complete bookkeeping in compliance with relevant laws and standards,

- Preparing periodic financial statements and tax returns, including VAT and property tax,

- Processing vendor invoice payments, 

- Maintaining regular balance sheet inventory accounts,

- Managing the fixed asset register and overseeing the depreciation schedule,

- Active communication in English with foreign departments to produce financial analyses, budgets and forecasts,

- Managing the accounting of supplier invoices, bank statements, depreciation and internal documents,

- Generating reports in accordance with international financial standards for the Finance Manager,

- Collaborating proactively with auditors, business partners and tax advisors.

- Education in accounting, finance or related field,

- Experience in property and warehouse management,

- English language at a communicative level,

- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,

- Thorough knowledge of tax and accounting regulations,

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications,

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude,

- Knowledge of international reporting standards - IFRS.
